Length and width of leaves (a; cm) of S. capitata was analyzed with one-way ANOVA (Fisher’s least significant difference, p > 0.05) and the number of total leaves (b) and shoots (c) of S. capitata (n = 3) were analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis test (Dunn’s test, p > 0.05). The bars are averages, and error bars show standard deviations of each group. Alphabets on each bar indicate the significant differences among the groups in the plant factory. The graphs without an alphabet on the bar mean there is no significant difference among the each bar
