Difference in bacterial composition on class level obtained from soils at site 1 and site 2. Their relative abundance was assessed by grouping the OTUs derived from 16S rDNA retrieved from each soil. Based on classifiable sequences, the OTUs were determined from the mothur clustering. Others are the sum of minor classes which individually show a relative abundance of less than 3 %
